During the strategy phase I explore the reality of your current situation to uncover hidden value. I help you reframe the way you look at your market and reinvigorate your business model to unlock new revenue streams.

I meet with your board and other stakeholders to explore potential opportunities.

  • What are the barriers holding you back from growth?

  • What do you have to change to make your business scalable?
